The unique angled head construction of the Ridgeback creates an exciting action that varies depending on how the jig is worked in the water. When used with a slow lift and flick of the rod tip, the jig will flutter before starting to sink quickly, making it ideal for slow pitch jigging applications. When worked more quickly, the jig will shoot off to the side giving an erratic action both pelagic and bottom feeding fish cannot resist.
